Philanthropic, resource development and strategic management consultant. Mr. Armoni is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, and holds a master’s degree in public administration from Harvard University.Over his long career Mr. Armoni held many public positions including - Chief Executive Officer of Beit Hatfutsot - The Museum of the Jewish People, Vice-President for external relations at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, consultant to the Edmond J Safra Philanthropic Foundation in Geneva, Executive Director of the New Israel Fund, special adviser to Mayor of Jerusalem, Chairman of the board of Israel’s Community Center Corporation, Chairman of the Khan Theatre in Jerusalem and of “Mati” – the small business development authority in Jerusalem.Mr. Armoni currently serves as Chairman of the Academic College of Tel Aviv Jaffa.

Dan Ariely

Professor of psychology and behavioral economics at Duke University in North Carolina. Dan researches behavioral change, focusing mainly on questions of financial decision making, health and motivation. Dan published numerous papers and several books on behavioral economics.

Iris Shalgi

Founder and chair of The Mahalach Foundation. The Mahalach Foundation is a family-based philanthropic foundation established by Iris and Gal Shalgi in 2015 in order to lead nonprofit organizations in developing self-generating income The Foundation was established to help nonprofit organizations improve their funding sources and reduce their dependence on classic-traditional philanthropy. This stemmed from a sense of responsibility for maintaining the financial stability and economic independence of Israel’s social sector.

Justine Zwerling

Justine supports companies with their growth journey and to raise capital on the London public markets for Shore Capital Markets, Head of Middle East – via both the AIM, the Main Market. Justine’s distinguished career centers around entrepreneurship combined with a life purpose to develop the support structures surrounding women on their journey, she co-founded the Gulf Israel Women’s Forum Jewish Women’s Business Network, Awarded Future Women Role Model in 2020 and 2019. She was nominated number 12 for her work at LSEG and the UK Israel Bilateral trade Nexus in the Aliyah 100 List – Jewish News. Voluntary roles includes, Board Director of Vibe Israel, Sahi, Israel Bonds UK and Athena Fund and she mentors parents of autistic children. She is lucky mum of two lovely girls and a wonderful patient husband.

The company started as a small family business in a small store in Jerusalem, and developed into a chain of companies - Peamit Store - with 21 branches country wide and hundreds of employees. Rami believes in social involvement as part of the business operation with the perception of "Doing business, enjoying and doing good". He is involved in public and social action, with Peamit assisting SAHI in its transportation needs.

Dr. Ronit Amit

Dr. Ronit Amit is a co-director in Adva Research & Development – that conducts social – economic research and strategic consulting. She manages evaluation research for social programs and initiatives for foundations and NGOs and is a strategic consultant to associations and social businesses, as well as an academic consultant for the Mandel institute. Until recently served as founder and CEO of the Gandyr Family Foundation and was the chairperson of the opportunities fund, and a board director for several NGOs. Ronit is a Doctor of Education from the University of Derby – U.K. Her dissertation is: “Achievement-Oriented Management in the Third Sector”. Her research in recent years is focused on social and foundation management.
