Mr. Armoni is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, and holds a master’s degree in public administration from Harvard University.Over his long career Mr. Armoni held many public positions including - Chief Executive Officer of Beit Hatfutsot - The Museum of the Jewish People, Vice-President for external relations at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, consultant to the Edmond J Safra Philanthropic Foundation in Geneva, Executive Director of the New Israel Fund, special adviser to Mayor of Jerusalem, Chairman of the board of Israel’s Community Center Corporation, Chairman of the Khan Theatre in Jerusalem and of “Mati” – the small business development authority in Jerusalem.Mr. Armoni currently serves as Chairman of the Academic College of Tel Aviv Jaffa.

He is currently acting as Nochah’s educational director.

Avraham is a social entrepreneur who established the SAHI program together with Oded in 2009 and led the first group for 5 years. As the organization’s CEO, Avraham creates collaborations with numerous donors and partners while maintaining constant contact with the teams in the field and with our youth.

Married, and a mother of two, social activist and volunteer since the age of 14. Extensive experience in planning, founding and managing social and humanitarian programs in Israel and abroad. Initiated and led Israeli aid delegations to third world countries. Experience in research, measurement, evaluation and development of solutions for disadvantaged populations. Bachelors degree in behavioral science with a specialization in programs of nutrition insecurity.

Ronen has been working with at-risk youth for the past 14 years in both formal and informal projects. He has a Master’s degree in Philosophy of Education. In his position as Content and Training Coordinator, he accompanies the staff, develops content, teaches individual and group workshops for the Chiefs and is responsible for managing knowledge, documentation and research.

Ori was Jerusalem’s first Chief. A resident of the city, he is married and has two children. Ori is the Coordinator for the Jerusalem region, helping to train all the Chiefs and supporting them logistically. He lives and breathes SAHI, encouraged by his wife and two children in his infinite work on behalf of the organization.
